HOW TO BE HEALTHY!!!!!!!

      This is my Final Project that has been performed in the 2nd term of this year. It is the result of the content in Nutrition and healthy habits designed for the 2nd year in SECONDARY SCHOOL,so kids between 12-13 years old in the subject of PHYSICAL EDUCATION THROUGH ENGLISH.

      A correct diet is essential to get a good physical condition, so as to be healthy in the daily life. There are different nutrients that provide mainly energy to our body, and we should know that they come from the food we eat every day. We are going to divide the food in 4 main groups: fruits, vegetables, junk food and sweets; but we have to know that there are more kind of food (fish, meat, bread...)

We will work this lesson with movement and body expression and implicating ourselves in the knowledge.
By the end of the unit / lesson /task, the students will be able to…

- Distinguish between healthy and healthy food.
 - Show emotions and explaining words throughout the body expression
- Talk each other about healthy habits
- Write a paragraph with their opinion
- Work in groups and respect themselves


TASK:
- Match specific vocabulary about food
- Description of food and classification in healthy and unhealthy
- Argumentation: correct diet
- Healthy vs Unhealthy habits
- Recopilation of my learning
- Theatre Project: NUTRITION
- Optional project: EAT FRUIT IN THE PLAYGROUNG

 CRITERIA and INSTRUMENTS:
- Running jigsaw & Cards
- Tabu game & Acrosport alphabet : Getting points
 - English resources
- Match running game
- Talk task: theatre
- Writing task
 - Organization & group work



After a month working on this, twice a week, that's the final result:
